3. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Processing Time: All orders are verified and dispatched within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days across India depending on the pin code.
• Shipping Charges: We offer discreet and safe shipping. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed securely at checkout.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We believe in a transparent and fair cancellation process:

• Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once shipped, order cancellations are not permitted.
• Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. An unboxing video without cuts is mandatory to process damage claims.
• Refund Process: Once a return is approved, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (Credit Card/UPI/Bank Account) via our payment gateways (Razorpay/Cashfree/Paytm). It typically takes 5-7 business days to reflect in your account.
